[GMTK Jam '20] Lavaaaa

Disclaimer: this game was made in less than 8 hours due to lack of time. We wanted to take part in the jam regardless :)

Simple 1v1 action game. Each player controls a character; you score a point when your opponent touches lava. You can move left and right, jump and shoot. Shoot your opponent to lower their control bar; when it reaches zero, you can briefly take control of the opponent's character. When you're under control of your opponent, press the shoot button as fast as you can to free yourself.

P1 Controls:

Move: A and D
Jump: W
Shoot: G

P2 Controls:

Move: Left and Right arrows
Jump: Up arrow
Shoot: L

Press Escape to reset the game.
